When placing your order on us.bbr.com, choose Customer Arranged Delivery as your shipping option. Once your order is confirmed, title and ownership of the goods transfer to you, the customer.

BB&R Will Pick and Prepare Your Order

BB&R USA will pick your order and transfer it, along with the order details, to your storage account at St James Cellars.

Your Order is for Shipping

After BB&R USA has processed the order, St James Cellars will assist you in arranging shipment of your personal property. You will visit stjamescellars.weshipexpress.com, where you will enter:

• Your BB&R USA order number, and
• The email address used to place your order.

Confirm your order quantities

Once retrieved, please verify that the number of bottles is correct and whether the order contains wine, spirits, or both.

Please note: BB&R does not share item-level contents with St James Cellars.

Enter Your Shipping Address & Select a Shipping Method

After confirming your order, enter the delivery address and choose your preferred shipping method. You will then be prompted to complete payment for shipping.

Your Parcel Ships

Once payment is submitted, St James Cellars will coordinate shipment of your personal property with the selected carrier. When your parcel ships, you will receive a link with your tracking information.
